Off Balanced: A Good Read
A few weeks ago, Zachary Fenell asked if I would review his book. I thought I would get it done in a day or two; but, life started happening, while I was making other plans. Then, I got the virus that wiped all my personal files, including his book Off Balanced.
A couple of days ago, I ordered his book from Amazon.com
I downloaded it to my kindle. It was a win-win, since I could listen to his book and work on the cloche I am making for a lady with cancer. (I am not as good at multitasking as my sister and niece, but I do my best.)
I Don’t Want to Squeal
I don’t want to squeal and give the book away, before you have a chance to read it. Let’s just say, it brought back memories, both good and bad, from eons ago.
It has been a long time since I was in high school. But, Zach candidly tells how it was to grow up, especially in those teens years, with CP. Everyone has difficulties as a teen. At that age, they still need guidance, but they are struggling to grow up and find their place in their world. But, when CP is also added to the mix, it can really put the pressure on, in many ways.
As soon as I finished the book, I emailed Zach and told him that a sequel was expected. I want to know more! I have so many questions.
The Kindle edition is only $5.99. It is a good and quick read. And . . . I can just about guarantee you will want him to get busy on that sequel!
